    Meet with the hiring manager and appropriate personnel to listen and learn about the experience and qualities desired in the candidates 

  • Discuss the responsibilities and requirements of the position, along with the opportunities and challenges at hand

  • Tour the department and facility
  • Prepare detailed position specifications and organization summary
  • Create a Candidate Questionnaire identifying¬†experiences and strengths that may not be listed on a resume
  • Present the most qualified candidates with extensive documentation including:
  • Resume
  • Candidate Questionnaire
  • References
  • Meet the candidate in person whenever proximity allows
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews
  • Negotiate/present compensation when needed
  • Stay in close contact with you and the candidate to ensure a successful transition and partnership
