Susan Ploeger heads the Healthcare Division of PRS. A trusted partner and resource for many hospitals throughout the Midwest, she has eighteen years experience recruiting top performing managers and directors within hospitals, healthcare systems and physician practices.
Her primary areas of specialization include healthcare management at the CNO/Vice President, Director, and Manager level in both Clinical and Nonclinical positions. Susan has also placed countless nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical nurse specialists.
Susan served for twelve years as the president of a large nonprofit organization. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.

Jeff Ploeger leads the Manufacturing Division of Ploeger Recruiting Services. His extensive search experience, coupled with leadership positions in the manufacturing sector, makes him one of the best search professionals in the industry.
He brings over twenty-three years of executive and professional search experience to PRS. He has also served as CEO, Director and Supervisor of small and large manufacturing companies, which gives him valuable insight into the unique needs of the industry. Jeff is an award winning recruiter, having been a Top 50 producer in two national recruiting networks with over 500 recruiters.
Jeff has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
